We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on overseeing and coordinating our cross-team campaigns and ensuring the smooth execution of our social media strategy amongst our team. The successful candidate will have a talent for managing a team to amplify our content across channels and platforms, and a deep understanding of architectural culture.
This is a unique opportunity for an organized and agile communicator who is fluent in design and architecture culture and the language of social media. You will be instrumental in reimagining how architectural ideas are shared by leveraging the content produced by our editorial and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign and Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate a multitude of campaigns—strategic, local, and topical—ensuring all efforts align with clients goals.
Cross team collaboration: Ensure the various stakeholders collaborate smoothly across teams and establish efficient workflows to optimise time and output.
Content Adaptation: Curate, create, and schedule daily content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Translate editorial content into visually engaging, platform-specific stories and formats.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our global audience by moderating conversations, responding to comments, and fostering community.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics to track key performance metrics and refine your team's content approach. Provide actionable feedback to our editorial teams to inform stronger content decisions.
Job requirements
Marketing & Social Media Expertise: Solid experience managing and growing social media platforms with a focus on organic content and user engagement.
Team Management & Hands On Attitude: Ability to empower, steer and guide team members, and collaborate with other stakeholders and teams.
Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized, collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment.
Architectural Background: Academic or professional experience in architecture or a related field is a big plus.
Editorial eye: A sharp editorial sensibility and a keen eye for stories that matter to architects and designers.
Communication: Strong writing and communication skills in English are essential
