Software Developer - Javascript/Typescript Stack

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and work on with one of our top clients from healthcare industy. The tech stack you’ll be working on consists from NestJS, NextJS, React, Postgres, GCP and New Relic.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand healthcare requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient software applications using Node.js (NestJS) and React, adhering to healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize New Relic to monitor and analyze application performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system resources
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards for healthcare software development.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure reliability, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for healthcare applications.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing healthcare applications, considering compliance, security, and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to Node.js, React, and New Relic.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing in healthcare software development.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and its frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS) for building secure server-side applications
• Solid understanding of React and its core principles, along with experience in building modern, scalable web applications
• Experience utilizing New Relic for application monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies for healthcare software development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and monorepo and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in the health industry
• Experience with healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
• Familiarity with health data interoperability and integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying healthcare applications.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in a healthcare context.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
