As Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and our commercial teams to build

intuitive and innovative products.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to ship and iterate on digital products in a cross-functional environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills–you know how to rally a team around a shared goal

• Empathy for end users and a commitment to solving real-world problems

• Analytical thinking, comfort with data, and the ability to define and track key product metrics

• Experience working in agile environments and navigating ambiguity with grace

• Familiarity with clinical trials, health data, or regulated environments is a plus

• Product Ownership: T ake full responsibility for a product area–own the vision, roadmap, and backlog from discovery to delivery

• Customer Centricity: Advocate for our members and partners by deeply understanding their needs and turning insights into action

• Strategic Thinking: Align product efforts with company objectives, identify opportunities, and make data-informed trade-offs

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, commercial, and clinical teams to ship valuable products

• Clear Communication: Write crips user stories, lead effective standups and sprint planning, and present product decisions to stakeholders with clarity

• Outcome Orientation: Define and measure success through KPIs, usage data, and feedback loops–then iterate accordingly

• Market Awareness: Stay informed about digital health, clinical trials, and real-world evidence trends to guide product innovation
