Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (.NET / React)

We are looking for a strong Mid-Level .NET/React Developer to join our engineering team. The primary focus is backend development in .NET Core/C#, with regular frontend contributions in React/TypeScript. You will be expected to deliver features independently within established architecture and take real ownership of your work, with senior developers available for guidance on larger design decisions.

Typical Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend features in .NET Core and contribute to the React frontend as needed

• Implement API endpoints and integrate with existing services

• Write clean, testable code and participate actively in code reviews

• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, deliver against sprint commitments, and communicate blockers

• Use AI-augmented development practices as a standard part of daily work

• Take increasing ownership over time, growing from feature delivery toward broader technical contribution

• Solid proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web API, able to build features end-to-end and not just follow tickets

• Working knowledge of React.js and TypeScript, able to build UI components, manage state, and connect them to backend APIs

• Experience with SQL databases, comfortable writing performant queries, understanding indexing, and working with Entity Framework Core or equivalent ORM

• Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption, able to implement endpoints and reason about API contracts

• Familiarity with software design patterns and clean code principles

• Comfortable with Git, pull requests, branching, and resolving merge conflicts

• Agile/Scrum experience, can take on sprint tasks, communicate progress, and escalate when stuck

• Active use of AI tools in their development workflow (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar), we are looking for developers who treat AI as a core part of how they work, not an optional add-on

Differentiators

• Experience with EF Core migrations, relationships, and more complex query patterns beyond basic CRUD

• Basic understanding of Docker and how to run or debug services locally in containers

• Any hands-on exposure to Azure services or equivalent cloud platforms

• Experience with TailwindCSS, ShadCN, or utility-first CSS frameworks

• Experience with unit testing in .NET or React and familiarity with test-driven development
