Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team, focused on transforming data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. In this role, you will work with multiple data sources and platforms, analyzing and interpreting data to support reporting and decision-making.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and clearly communicating insights through visualizations and presentations. This position is well-suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, has strong analytical skills, and consistently delivers high-quality analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Domo, aligned with stakeholder requirements

• Collaborate closely with team members to understand and work with multiple data sources

• Analyze and interpret data from various platforms, including UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Netsuite, and Vetspire

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all dashboards and reports

• Clearly communicate insights and findings to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations

• Document analysis processes and methodologies for future reference

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL and Python

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Domo

• Experience with UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Netsuite, and Coupa Vetspire

• Experience in a project-based environment
